48 Hour Notice Required Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance of their appointment time. Late cancellation fee Canceled appointments less than 24 hours’ notice, will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. 25% of which can be added towards a rescheduled appointment. No-Show Fee No show, without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Life happens, so I offer a one time grace for last minute cancellations. After the first time, fees will apply. This policy ensures that I can offer appointments to other clients and maintain a sustainable business while respecting everyone’s time.
